Because Mountain House meals are cooked, freeze dried, additional cooking is not required. Mountain House pouches provide the longest shelf life of any brand of freeze dried or dehydrated meals. Our recommended shelf life is 7 years, if stored properly. Do not store above 75 degrees F for a prolonged period of time. We will be adding more foods daily.
