EARTH SOLAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
. Any merchandise returned to ES without a RA number will be refused.
. All packages returned to ES must be shipped freight prepaid.
. We recommend UPS Ground Service "insured".
. Any package arriving at ES freight collect will be refused.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: All orders are processed upon receipt of sale. However,
actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit
verification. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. In the event of delays,
every effort will be made to reach you by phone, fax or e-mail. If the delay
is due to a backorder you will be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute
another item or cancel your order.
SHIPPING DAMAGE, SHORTAGE: In the event of a shortage of material or damage to
material, the receiving party must note any damage/shortage on the carrier's
delivery receipt and promptly contact the ES customer service department for
further instruction at 800-329-3283. Under no circumstance is a delivery to be
refused by the receiving party due to possible freight damage. In the event that
ES receives a refused shipment, the receiving party will be involved for the
total freight charges. If the refused freight was drop shipped, the customer
that placed the order will be invoiced.
WARRANTIES AND RETURNS: Every product that we offer is fully guaranteed by the
manufacturer. The complete warranty details of each product are available upon
request. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective
parts and is subject to the conditions set forth. ES does not cover any product
beyond the manufacturer's warranty. ES is not responsible for any incidental
or consequential damage to persons, property or other loss or injury resulting
from a defect or improper use or installation. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and
handling charges) within 14 days. Before you return any product to ES, you must
obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number for the ES customer service department
800-329-3283. All returns are subject to approval. Returns are subject to a restocking
fee based on the condition of goods and their packaging material. All normally,
stocked products that are returned unused and were not shipped in error are subject
to a 20% restocking fee. Custom or special order products may have a higher restocking
fee. The return of custom or special order products is subject to approval. The
return of any defective part for warranty must be accompanied by the purchaser's
original receipt. No return for warranty will be processed without proof of purchase.
ES reserves the right to bill the customer for costs associated with handling
and testing returned units found to be in good working order.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER: For a RA number, contact the ES customer service
department at 800-329-3283. All returns require an authorization number. Please
note that receiving a RA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns
are subject to final inspection. ES reserves the right to deny a return at any
time. All merchandise returned for refund or exchange must be in original factory
condition, including all packaging material, inserts and manuals. You will be
charged for replacement of damaged, altered or missing hardware, accessories
and manuals.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS: Please pack the product into a shipping
box (the original is preferred) with adequate packing material and tape securely.
Write the RA number issued by ES customer service clearly and in bold print,
on the outside of the shipping carton.
